Services: Creative Finish provides bathtub refinishing services aimed at enhancing the appearance of existing bathtubs. Our services include but are not limited to surface preparation, refinishing, and sealing.

Estimates: All estimates provided by Creative Finish are based on the information provided by the customer and are subject to change upon inspection of the bathtub.

Payment: Payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the project. Creative Finish accepts various forms of payment, including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling: Scheduling of services is subject to availability and will be confirmed with the customer in advance. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or delays, Creative Finish will make every effort to reschedule the service at the earliest convenient time.

Warranty: Creative Finish provides a limited warranty on its services. The warranty period and terms will be outlined in the service agreement provided to the customer.Maintenance: Customers are responsible for following any maintenance recommendations provided by Creative Finish to ensure the longevity of the refinished bathtub.

Liability: While Creative Finish takes every precaution to ensure the quality and durability of its services, we cannot be held liable for damage to the bathtub or surrounding areas that occur as a result of improper use or maintenance by the customer.

Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment with Creative Finish up to 48 hours before the scheduled service date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the provision of services by Creative Finish will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

By engaging Creative Finish for refinishing services, the customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
